Deliveries
Please allow a minimum of 2-5 working days for orders. The order may be ready sooner, but we can’t guarantee it. Working days are Monday to Friday. You will receive an email when your order is ready to send. On-line orders do not have any pricing/invoicing included with the delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday; we do not deliver at the weekend. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. This especially applies during the peak Christmas season.
We use DPD Couriers for all deliveries. They are fast and reliable and normally deliver within 48 hours. National delivery charge is €10.50 per box to anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland. They generally do not deliver at the weekend but do occasionally during busy times.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly for nationwide deliveries Coming up to Christmas is even more challenging, so we thank you for your patience in advance!
Please note : All hampers for National Delivery via courier, or for Ferry delivery will be sent in gift boxes to ensure safe delivery. Hampers in open baskets cannot be sent via courier or ferry.
We can only ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Gifts - unless specified that you want your gift to be anonymous, we will always include the sender’s name.
Alcohol - Some of our items contain alcohol. To ensure hassle-free delivery, please help us out by making sure an adult can accept delivery of your order whether it’s your home or office address. Note: for wines the vintage year may vary from those shown
Gift Vouchers – you can order our in-store gift vouchers on-line. When not included with any other products, vouchers are sent via An Post Irish postal service via registered post. Please note these gift vouchers can only be used in our premises, they cannot be used for on-line shopping.
Click and Collect
Orders for collection will be held at in our shop McCambridge’s, 38/38 Shop Street, Galway
Save on delivery costs. We will have your order packed and ready to go, so no hanging around.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Tip – We open at 7.30am every morning (open Sunday at 10 we do need a sleep-in) and Shop Street is open to traffic until 10am – so you can pull up right outside the shop for a quick pick up until to 10am.
During December only there is also the option to pick up hamper orders from our warehouse at MRPI Buildings , H91 n273, from 9.30am until 4pm , Monday to Friday. There is parking directly outside, and it is a good option especially for anyone on the east side of the city.
Delivery Addresses
You must supply full delivery addresses with Eircodes & phone numbers before your order can be processed. McCambridge’s do not accept liability for incorrect delivery information, and we cannot provide proof of delivery for all deliveries.
Allergens/ingredients
The listing of ingredients of products are based on what the supplier has told us. It is important that you read and understand the label/packaging of any product you purchase from us before consumption. Please satisfy yourself that the products are suitable for you before consuming. We cannot take responsibility for claims made by the supplier. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may send back the unopened product to us, and we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Hampers
Hampers and gift packs are a collection of products packed as a gift. Our hampers are packed in quality wicker baskets or cardboard trays, or in McCambridge’s gift boxes.Hampers for Collection come in an open wicker basket or cardboard tray with shredded cardboard, natural wood shavings, high quality cellophane wrap, a ribbon and a gift tag. All hampers for delivery (via courier) or via ferry come in lovely gift boxes, with an external layer to protect both the box and the products inside, and gift tag.
All items in hampers are subject to availability. Unavailable items listed in hampers will be substituted with a similar product or equal or greater value.
Items in hampers are as per the contents list in the hamper description. Any props used in a hamper photo are not part of the hamper unless listed.
